![]() An experienced business consultant and trainer with a significant experience in management development of first and second line managers in a wide range of industries with particular emphasis on Logistics and Retail. After spells in Logistics, Brewing and Film Industries, Jasper formed his business in 1988 and since that time he has worked very largely very largely in Logistics with clients such as DHL, Nagel Group, Norbert Dentressangle Logistics, Christian Salvesen, Tibbett and Britten, Brake Bros, etc. Retail clients include Tesco, B&Q, Allied Carpets, Halfords, Wickes, Alldays Stores. Currently, he is developing training for the prestigious UK Food Storage and Distribution Federation . He is an associate of the University of Brighton Centre for Research in Innovation Management and worked as a researcher on the 1997 DTI Report – Competitiveness through Partnerships with People. He is also working with Brighton to disseminate research results on Inter-Organisational Networking. In addition to training he has undertaken analytic assignments as a researcher, to benchmark an organisation or for training needs analysis or appraisal design. Jasper has spent much of his career developing managers and leaders in large and complex businesses. Recent activity includes developing first and second line management capability at Nagel Group UK over a series of structured training experiences. For over 15 years he ran a project training first and second line managers at Exel PLC ( now DHL) This involved developing over 30 programmes and presenting hundreds of courses Key elements of his work include making it relevant and practical for delegates, demonstrating an understanding of their business and being prepared to deliver unplanned content if it seems the group will benefit, A recent theree day programme on self presentation and influence was rated as 'Outstanding' by the majority of delegates who are making plans to get him back to train furthe groups of managers Recent Projects
